Label and Post
Print your prepaid return label or generate a QR code from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest designated courier collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
